Vegetarian Fried Mushrooms

1. Cut shiitake mushrooms into sections after soaking

2. Prepare the right amount of chopped green onion according to personal preference

3. Heat the oil in the pot and add the shiitake mushrooms. You can reduce the heat

4. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, sugar and salt, less sugar is recommended

Tips:

Add the chopped green onion before serving, and stir-fry for a while~~
Shiitake mushrooms tend to stick to the pot after they are cooked, so you can lower the heat. When I made this dish before, I added some water to simmer the mushrooms for a while. This time I didn’t do this, but it tastes good~~
