PS: To judge whether the dough is awake, you can gently press the top of the dough with your fingers. After the fingers are removed, if the pressed part cannot be restored to its original shape, and the dough is slightly sunken, it means that the surface has woken up; if the pressed part can quickly recover The original state indicates that the face is not awake.

PS: When cutting into strips, sprinkle some dry flour while cutting to prevent sticking together.
