Super delicious.

Vegetarian Fried Noodles

1. All materials are washed and cut for later use.

2. Put some oil in the pot and put the chopped green onion, five-spice powder, and sharp pepper in a pot.

3. Add shredded potatoes, green peppers and persimmons and continue to fry for five minutes.

4. It looks good.

5. Put boiling water in the pot.

6. Put the noodles in after the water has boiled and turn it over.

7. After it's cooked, let it pass in cold water.

8. Put it in the fried vegetables and stir fry a few times, sprinkle in coriander and sprinkle some chili oil.

Tips:

You can add more if you like vinegar.
