Vegetarian Fried Pancake

Wash the cabbage and cut into shreds (chopped locally, the cabbage I use)

Shred the pancakes and set aside.

Beat the eggs, add a little salt, a spoonful of water, and stir well.

Fry the eggs and serve.

After the onion and garlic are fragrant, add the cabbage and stir fry.

Stir-fry until 7 is mature, put in the cake shreds, the fried eggs, stir-fry evenly, and finally put the seasonings, and take it out of the pan.
Tips:
Add a little water to the egg liquid to make the scrambled eggs softer.
