Vegetarian Fried Pea Sprouts

Pick and wash pea sprouts.

The pea sprouts are cut into sections, the carrots are washed and sliced. The carrots are locally produced, red in color, long and thin, and are said to be rich in selenium.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, sauté the chopped green onion and pepper noodles, add carrot slices and stir fry.
4.
Add pea sprouts and stir fry.
5.
Add salt and minced garlic to taste.
6.
Take out the pan and serve.
