Vegetarian Fried Pleurotus Eryngii

Wash the eryngii mushrooms and green peppers.

All shred.
3.
Shred ginger and garlic.
4.
Pour oil in a pot, add pleurotus eryngii, green pepper, ginger, garlic and stir fry.
5.
Stir-fry for about 3 minutes, stir-fry until cooked, add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, and stir well.
6.
Finished product.
