Vegetarian Fried Pumpkin

Peel and remove the pumpkin, wash and cut into small cubes.

Pour a proper amount of oil in a dry pan, add the pumpkin and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Add clean water to the pot, half the amount of water used to cover the pumpkin. Then cover the lid and simmer, during which time the lid is opened and turned over once or twice.

Simmer until the water is almost dry, remove the lid, add a little salt and stir-fry until it is out of the pot.
Tips:
The salt in this dish cannot be added too much, the amount is half of the usual amount of salt in the same amount of dish, too salty affects the sweet taste of pumpkin.
