Vegetarian Fried Three Whites

Tofu diced

Fry in an electric baking pan until both sides turn yellow.

Slice the lotus root, tear the enoki mushroom, dice the pepper, and slice the garlic.

Boil the lotus root slices with water. I want to save trouble and use the microwave oven for a minute and a half.

Add chili garlic when the oil is hot.

Add lotus root slices, tofu, and enoki mushrooms in turn, stir-fry, add a little water and simmer until the enoki mushrooms are soft. Add salt and light soy sauce out of pot.

Home-cooked side dishes. Simple and delicious.
