Vegetarian Fried Vermicelli

1. Put water in a pot to boil, add vermicelli and cook.

2. Drain the cooked vermicelli.

3. Cut carrots, green garlic, and onions well and set aside.

4. Put salt, sugar, vinegar, steamed fish drum oil, and sesame oil in a bowl and mix well to form a sauce.

5. Heat oil in a pot, add onions and carrots and sauté until fragrant.

6. Pour in the fans and stir-fry for a minute.

7. Pour in the mixed sauce and stir well.

8. Finally, stir-fry the green garlic for a while before serving.
