Vegetarian Fried Yam

Peel the yam and slice it!

Carrots, green peppers, ginger and garlic slices. Soak dried shiitake mushrooms!

The yam is quickly passed through the water (crisp, non-stick pan)!

Saute the ginger and garlic, add the mushrooms and stir fry for a minute!

Add carrots and stir fry!

Put in the yam and stir fry for a while!

Add green peppers and stir fry, add light soy sauce and stir-fry well, add salt to taste!

Serve, crisp and fresh!
