Vegetarian Fried Yuba

Soak the yuba in advance, use warm water in winter, and cool water in summer. Generally, it is best to soak for three hours. Heat the oil, add the onion and ginger to fry until fragrant.

Put in the soaked yuba and pour some water around the pot to prevent it from sticking to the pot.

Stir-fry for about three or four minutes, add salt, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to taste.

Finally, add shredded green peppers and continue to stir-fry until the green peppers are broken and ready to be served.
