Vegetarian Meatball Soup

The ingredients for the meatballs, forgot to take the tofu. The spinach that has been finely chopped is left over after the juice is used up. The small plate next to it is coriander, chives and garlic

Cut the potatoes and carrots into small pieces, then put them in a blender and mash them.

Tips:
Adding tofu in this dish is to increase the stickiness of the meatballs. Spinach, potatoes and carrots will loosen when you knead them, and they will not make a ball. If you don't have tofu, you can use bean dregs or starch.
