Vegetarian Noodles

Prepare the required ingredients, chop pepper, small celery, mince green onion and garlic and set aside

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, wait for 60% of the oil to heat up, add star anise and peppercorns to fragrant, remove

Add garlic chili sauce, stir-fry on medium-low heat to get red oil, add light soy sauce at the end, and pepper

Set up another pot, put enough water in the pot, and cook until the noodles are cooked. After removing it, stir in sesame oil, mix well, then stir in the fried vegetable sauce, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
1. The garlic chili sauce added to the stir-fried vegetable sauce already contains enough salt, so no additional salt is needed.
2. After the noodles are cooked, stir in sesame oil to avoid adhesion between the noodles.
