Vegetarian Stir-fried Bean Curd Zucchini

Wash the ingredients and set aside.

Slice garlic and mince ginger.
3.
Remove the seeds of the zucchini (otherwise water will come out during the frying process) and cut into slices.

Cut hot peppers, shallots and dried tofu into cubes.
5.
Add oil and star anise to a hot pot and stir until fragrant.
6.
Add dried tofu, ginger and chili and stir-fry well.
7.
Add the shallots and stir well.
8.
Add the zucchini and stir fry until it is ripe.
9.
Add salt and chicken bouillon, stir and stir well. This is a cooked dish.
10.
Served dishes.
Tips:
1. Sauté dried bean curd and ginger first;
2. The zucchini must be seeded, otherwise the vegetables will not taste good during the frying process.
