Vegetarian Stir-fried Cabbage

Wash the vegetables.

Cut off the leaves and use them for other purposes, leaving the whites.

Shred the cabbage.

Shred the green pepper and mince the ginger.

Pour oil in the pan, add the white cabbage, green pepper, and ginger, stir-fry for about 3 minutes until the vegetables are cooked, add appropriate amount of salt and stir well.
6.
Finished product.
