Vegetarian Stir-fried Cabbage Stems

1. Cabbage leaves and stems

2. Cut into long strips

3. Cut leek into small pieces

4. Heat oil in a wok, pour in the cabbage stalks and stir fry

5. Pour in some light soy sauce

6. Stir-fry until it changes color

7. Add leek segments

Tips:
