Vegetarian Stir-fried Chayote and Celery

Shred the ginger, cut the green onion into rings, and cut the pepper into pieces.

Wash the chayote and cut in half to remove the core. Then cut into thin slices.

Wash the celery with dry water, cut into slices at 45°.

Add oil and pepper from the pot, stir up the aroma and remove the pepper.

Add ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Add the chili and green onions, stir and stir well.

Add chayote, stir and stir well.

Add celery, stir-fry on high heat and evenly coat with oil, then add a small tablespoon of water and stir-fry well, add water for three times and stir-fry, then add seasoning and mix thoroughly.

Stir-fried dishes.

Tips:
After the celery is in the pot, turn on a high fire, add water in 3 times (add a small spoon at a time, the dish will be green and crisp). The celery itself has salt, so you should add less salt.
