Vegetarian Stir-fried Mustard Greens

Ingredients: 300 grams of mustard greens, 10 grams of ginger.

Separate the cut mustard stems from the mustard leaves.

Put the oil in the pot to heat up, and put the mustard stems first.

Stir fry a few times, then add the mustard leaves.

Stir the mustard greens for a while, add the ginger slices, and stir-fry for a few more times to get out of the pot.
6.
Add a proper amount of oil before it is out of the pan, and the green finished product is out of the pan.
