Vegetarian Stir-fried Rice White

First remove the skin of zizania roots, rinse them with squash, carrots, and green beans to control the moisture;

Dice the zizania, squash and carrots separately and set aside;

Add rice whites and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes;

Tips:
1. Do not add salt too early, which will easily make the vegetables juice and affect the taste;
2. This is a very light dish, do not add too much condiments.
