Vegetarian Stir-fried Shredded Radish

White radish

Peel, wash and shred.

Marinate with an appropriate amount of salt for 10 minutes, squeeze out the water and set aside.

Shred green peppers, millet red peppers, and ginger.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil in a dry pan, add green peppers, red peppers and ginger and stir fry for a while.

Add the shredded white radish that has been squeezed out of water, and stir-fry for about 3 minutes on high heat until the vegetables are cooked.
