Vegetarian Stir-fried Sweet Potato Stems

Check the sweet potato stems, I didn't want the sweet potato leaves, and then peel them. It's fine if the skin is not peeled off.

Then wash and cut into sections. I usually cut 3cm in length and chop up garlic and small peppers.

Add oil to the pan, put the chopped garlic and small hot peppers in the pan and stir-fry, and stir-fry the sweet potato stalks into the pan together. Stir-fry until half-cooked, add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, chicken essence, and stir well. This is a very good summer. I personally like it very much. It is delicious.
