Vegetarian Stir-fried Three Silk

Prepare the ingredients: carrots, potatoes, and sweet peppers (lettuce is usually used, but it’s not sold in the grocery store downstairs)

Shred potatoes. Be sure to soak them in water, otherwise they will turn black when you fry them.

Carrots, bell peppers, shredded (forgive my terrible knife)

Shallots and garlic give off a scent in a pot

Add potato shreds, sweet peppers and carrot shreds in sequence, and stir-fry evenly. Finally, add salt and seasoning with MSG (I prefer sour things, so I added a little vinegar. If you like spicy food, you can add red dried peppers)

Out of the pot (I want to lose weight recently, so the dishes will be relatively light and simple when there are no guests at home, and it is easy to get started)
