Veggie Ham with Fungus

Prepare ingredients: soak fungus in advance, wash coriander, onion, vegetarian ham

Thinly sliced vegetarian ham, shredded onion, shredded parsley, and minced garlic

Put the soaked fungus into boiling water and blanch it.

Cool the fungus to control the moisture and put it in a large bowl together with the sliced vegetarian ham, shredded onion, coriander, and minced garlic. Add sugar and a little salt in turn

Add balsamic vinegar and sesame oil.
