Veggie Stuffed Pot Stickers
1.
Knead the noodles with warm water, heat it slightly, knead it into a dough, cover it with a basin, and get the stuffing.
2.
Wash the zucchini and cucumbers and insert them into silk with a threader. Sprinkle with as much salt as usual for cooking, about half a spoon. Then knead the cossette like a dough, knead out the water after a few strokes, and knead for about half a minute until the cossette becomes soft and water comes out.
3.
Squeeze out moisture
4.
Add a spoonful of soy sauce, a little pepper noodles, a little sesame oil, and chopped green onion. Don't put salt at this time, it's been done just now.
5.
Beat two eggs. Start the pan and pour more oil. The oil will smoke slightly when it is hot. Use a cooking spoon to scoop a spoonful of hot oil and pour the filling on the chopped green onion. Then pour the egg liquid into the pot, stir quickly, and smash the eggs. Chop the scrambled eggs into the filling.
6.
Mix the stuffing, make big dumplings and start frying. Pour a little vegetable oil on the pan, lay the dumplings inside, and fry for about two minutes, without moving during the time. Then pour a bowl of water, close the lid, and simmer over medium heat. When the water is dry, the dough is crystal clear and translucent. Check to see if the bottom of the potsticker is crispy.
7.
I specially patted the bottom of the pot stickers to achieve this effect.
8.
Just out of the pot. It tastes better when dipped in condiments! Crispy and delicious, not afraid of getting fat! You can make delicious pot stickers without meat!
