Vermicelli Roasted Pork

Soak the sweet potato flour in cold water for about 30 minutes. It can be soaked quickly in hot water.

Pour the oil and heat, stir-fry the minced meat for a fragrant flavor, and then add the chili and garlic to the fragrant. The next step is to put the vermicelli into the fried minced meat and stir fry. When the pan is sticking, pour clear water to submerge the vermicelli, add salt and soy sauce, cover the pan and cook.

Tips:
Fans can soak in hot water faster. Garlic leaves can be changed to green onion leaves. When pouring the water, it should be decided according to the softness of the fans. If the fans are very soft, they can be boiled with a little bit of water and it won't be bad. Otherwise, put more.
