Vermicelli Spinach
1.
Prepare a handful of spinach (I think the root is delicious, so I didn't go), a small piece of mung bean vermicelli, and the soaked seaweed.
2.
Put the spinach in boiling water and cook it slightly, and the rhizomes are probably softer.
3.
Put the removed spinach in a basin until it cools and squeeze the water.
4.
Then put the vermicelli and kelp in boiling water and cook for a while, then remove and put the spinach together until cool.
5.
Add a little vinegar, fresh soy sauce, green onion, ginger and garlic powder, Laoganma, salt, and white sesame seeds to the ingredients.
6.
Then pour in hot oil and add a little sesame oil.
7.
Finally, the well-mixed finished product
Tips:
1. Spinach should not be boiled for too long and it is easy to boil.
2. This dish can also be matched with other ingredients, such as enoki mushrooms, dried shreds and so on.
