Vermicelli with Cucumber

Prepare 1 cucumber.

Cut off the head and tail with a knife and rub them into silk.

The vermicelli soaks softly in clear water.
4.
Blanch it in a pot of boiling water.
5.
Put it in a dish after passing cold water.
6.
Raise the pot and burn the oil.
7.
Stir-fry chives, ginger, minced garlic and dried red peppers.
8.
Pour in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.
9.
Pour into the dish and stir evenly, and then serve.
