Vinegar Baby Dishes

The materials were prepared as shown in the picture, and I didn't buy three packs of alpine baby vegetables. After all, they were all covered by the news. I was still afraid. The local baby cabbage I bought is a bit big, a bit like cabbage heart, but the taste is different;

Tips:
1. Baby cabbage is different from Chinese cabbage. It does not produce a lot of water during the stir-frying process. The stir-frying should be done frequently. Of course, baby cabbage can be blanched and then fried.
2. Stir-fry baby cabbage until it is cut off. The taste is crispy and sweet, with a touch of vinegar, it tastes very good and it is very good for dinner~
