Vinegar Cabbage

Prepare the ingredients, put the sugar, light soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and thirteen spices into a bowl and mix well.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the cabbage gang, and fry until soft (about 30 seconds).

Add the cabbage leaves and stir well.

Add onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry evenly.
5.
Pour in the sauce, stir-fry quickly, turn off the heat and leave the pot.
