Vinegar Shredded Potatoes

Peel and shred potatoes, soak in water twice to wash away the starch, which is the key to crisp potato shreds. (The knife is not good, so I can only cut it like this.)

Mini sweet peppers are de-seeded (you can use chili for spicy ones.)

Shred.

Chop garlic minced, cut the green onion into small pieces, and cut the green onion leaves into sections.

Heat oil in a pan, and sauté the minced garlic and scallion until fragrant.

Add potato shreds and fry.

Add sweet pepper, salt, sugar, vinegar, chicken powder and stir fry until the potato shreds are broken.
8.
Add the shallots.
9.
Stir-fry well.
10.
Crispy and appetizing.
