Vinegar Zucchini

Cut zucchini in two, then slice into thin slices, slice ginger and garlic

Heat oil, pour in ginger and garlic and stir fry for aroma

Pour in zucchini and stir fry for about 1 minute

Add appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry for 5 seconds, then pour in vinegar and stir-fry for 10 seconds.
