Volcanic Enoki Mushroom

Wash enoki mushrooms and cut off the roots.

Boil water in a pot, and blanch the enoki mushrooms.

Take it out and put it in cold boiling water immediately to cool it down.

Drain the water after it has cooled thoroughly, and transfer to a plate for later use.

Finely chop chives, coriander, millet pepper, and garlic, and roll the fried fragrant peanuts into fine pieces.

Cut it into a small bowl.

Add all the seasonings and mix well.
8.
Pour on the enoki mushrooms and mix well before eating.
Tips:
Seasoning is adjusted according to personal taste.
