Walnut and Yam Poria Porridge

Preparation: rice, walnut kernel, poria, yam

Grind Poria into powder or buy Poria powder directly

Wash the rice; yam peeled and cut into hob blocks

After the water has boiled, put the rice in first and stir to prevent the rice from sticking to the pot. Add yam and poria powder when the rice floats. Boil porridge over medium heat.

Put the walnuts in the pan and fry them slightly
6.
Try to rub and blow off the walnut skin, put it on the cutting board, crush it with a rolling pin, and chop it with a knife.

After the porridge is boiled, add salt and walnuts and mix well.

Scoop a bowl to see how it tastes
Tips:
Please wear disposable gloves when removing the yam skin to prevent itching of yam mucus on your hands
