Walnut Crisp

Put corn oil, sugar and eggs in the container.

Add baking powder and baking soda and stir well.
3.
Sift in the flour.

Mix well (do not mix in circles to avoid tendons).
5.
Roast the walnuts, smash them, add to the dough, and mix well.
6.
Divide into small pieces.
7.
Pat into a round cake with your hands.
8.
Put it on the baking tray and press the walnuts in the middle.
9.
Brush with egg wash.
10.
Put it in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Tips:
1. The temperature of the oven is subject to the temperature of your own oven. It is best to observe frequently on the side to avoid over-baking.
2. You can add any dried fruit you like into the peach crisp.
