Wangchao Roasted Radish

Ingredients: radish (washed), Wangchao (washed), ginger slices

Put the washed radish on the chopping board and cut into pieces, set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, then put the ginger slices in the saucepan.

Afterwards, add the cleaned looking tide and add proper amount of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Next, add the cut radishes and stir fry.

Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of sugar.

Add the right amount of salt.

Season to bring to a boil.

Finally, cook until the radishes are cooked and soft, and serve.
