Wangchao Stir-fried Vegetable Core

1. Ingredients: Wangchao (washed and blanched), vegetable core (washed)

2. Put the washed vegetable cores on the cutting board and cut open, set aside.

3. Put the blanched Wangchao on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

4. Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat up, add the chopped vegetable cores and stir fry.

5. Then, add an appropriate amount of water.

6. Stir fry until cooked.

7. Then, combine the cut Wang Chao and stir fry.

8. Finally, add the right amount of salt.

9. Add the right amount of MSG.
