Wanzhou Grilled Fish

Prepare the main ingredients.

Clean the fish and cut it in half. Do not cut it. Spread salt on both sides, pour in cooking wine and soy sauce and marinate for 30 minutes; after marinating, put it in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes; (the black part of the fish belly should be scraped clean)

Wash the garnishes and cut them for later use.

Add sour radish, pickled pepper, and pickled ginger in a hot pot and stir fry to taste.

Add the spicy sauce and stir fry to taste, you can add more if you like spicy.

Add the side dishes and stir fry, add water, cover and cook until broken.

Pour the fried side dishes and chili sauce on top of the fish and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. (I like to eat vegetables, so I put a lot of side dishes on it, if I don’t like it, I can put it less)

Remove the surface and sprinkle with coriander, then put the chives in the oven and bake for five minutes.
9.
Sprinkle fried peanuts and chili on top of the oven.
Tips:
1. Choose the side dishes you like, recommend the enoki mushroom potato sprout fish can choose grass carp, anhui fish.
2. If you don't like the fish skin is a little dry, seal the baking tray with tin foil when baking.
