Warm Heart in Winter
1.
Half a white radish root, half a beautiful heart, wash, peel and set aside;
2.
Put an appropriate amount of sugar, salt, and vinegar in a small bowl and mix well to melt the sugar and salt for later use; (Vinegar, white vinegar or aged vinegar can be used. The advantage of white vinegar is that it can keep the white color of white radish. The advantage of aged vinegar is that it can make the heart beautiful. The color is more vivid)
3.
White radish is rubbed into filaments and placed on a plate;
4.
Cut the heart into slices, take a mold and cut out a heart shape; (if you don’t have a mold, you can also make it into any other shape)
5.
The cut heart is beautifully placed on top of the white radish, in a heart shape;
6.
The adjusted vinegar sauce is slowly poured on top of the heart shape to complete. (Because it is aged vinegar, the color is more vivid in my heart, but there will be traces of aged vinegar under the white radish. If it is replaced with white vinegar, the white radish will maintain its original color.)
Tips:
For the dishes made with radish, white vinegar or aged vinegar can be used as the vinegar. The advantage of white vinegar is that it can keep the white radish of white radish. The advantage of aged vinegar is that it can make the heart beautiful and brighter.
