Wasabi Kelp Shreds

Fry the peanuts over low heat and remove them for later use

Soak kelp in advance

Wash the kelp and shred it
4.
Remove the seaweed shreds after they are cooked

Add chopped green onions, green chili rings, peanuts
6.
Add salt, sugar, aged vinegar, light soy sauce, mustard salad dressing
7.
Just mix well
Tips:
When cooking kelp, add less vinegar and cook it together, which will make the kelp soften and cook faster.
