Water Chestnut Roasted Pork

Put the sliced pork belly in a pot under cold water, boil the blood and remove it, drain and set aside

Wash water chestnut, knotted green onion, sliced ginger

Pour the right amount of oil into the pan, add the pork belly and stir fry

Add light soy sauce, stir fry the dark soy sauce for color

Add water chestnut and stir evenly

Add appropriate amount of water to submerge the ingredients, then put the shallot knots, ginger slices, and star anise bay pepper into the lid, boil over high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 30-45 minutes

Season with a little salt and serve.
Tips:
If you like spicy food, you can add a little bit of salt if the taste is weak.
