The adjusted powder slurry is sieved to avoid powder particles, and the finished product is more delicate.
5.
Pour the sieved powder slurry into a heat-resistant container (do not pour all the powder slurry in, leave 20-30ml), seal it with plastic wrap, and sting on high heat for 3 minutes.
6.
Semi-finished products
7.
Sprinkle the honey red beans evenly, and finally pour in the remaining powder mixture, cover with plastic wrap, and bite for another 3 minutes on high heat.
8.
After being baked, let it cool and you can cut into pieces to eat~ the flavor will be better after refrigeration.
Tips:
The honey red beans I used this time were cooked by myself, and it’s okay to buy ready-made red beans.
Honey red beans practice:
1. After washing the red beans, soak them in clean water overnight (or 7-8 hours)
2. Put the soaked red beans into a pot and boil on high heat for 2-3 minutes, then strain off the water. (Removes the beany smell)
3. Re-add water and boil on high heat, then turn to low heat (to avoid blooming) and simmer for about 30 minutes.
4. Spread the cooked red beans into the container with a layer of red beans, a layer of sugar, and a layer of red beans and a layer of sugar.
5. Put it in the refrigerator overnight.
