Weishan Commune Liuyang Cuisine: Stir-fried Bacon with Dried Radish

Soak the dried radish in warm water, wash and cut into small pieces.

After the Liuyang bacon is boiled softly, wash and cut into slices. Cut the ginger into shreds. Wash the green garlic and cut into small pieces.

Put oil in the pot, heat up, cut the dried chilies and put them in a low heat to stir fragrant.

Add bacon and sauté over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add the dried radishes and fry for about 4 minutes, add a small amount of water and simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Add shredded ginger and green garlic when it dries, add salt and stir well.
