Wenzhou Glutinous Rice

Prepare the ingredients

Drain the soaked glutinous rice and steam it in the pot for more than 40 minutes. Cut the other ingredients

Braised pork belly, cut potatoes and stir until golden brown, remove

Saute the ginger and garlic, gradually add pork belly and shiitake mushrooms, stir fry, then pour in water and the ingredients

Pour in diced potatoes, salt, soy sauce, rock sugar, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, then pour in starch water and mushroom water

Finally, pour the gravy on the steamed glutinous rice, sprinkle fritters and chopped green onion.
Tips:
This is for 2 people, if you eat it alone, you can halve the ingredients
