West Lake Lean Meat Soup

Chop the tenderloin and set aside (I used plum meat)

Soak the shiitake mushrooms, wash and chop for later use

Heat up the boiling pot with water, add minced meat and shredded shiitake mushrooms, and beat until the water is large and turn off the heat.

Drain the minced meat and shiitake mushrooms and rinse with water to remove the blood in the minced meat

Add water to the boiling pot, drain the minced meat and mushrooms into the pot, heat it up

When the water is boiled, slowly add the beaten eggs, chopped coriander, salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper, and add water starch to thicken the soup according to your preference.
7.
Turn off the heat and serve the dishes~~
Tips:
1. If you change the eggs to egg whites, the color will be more beautiful, I use whole eggs, haha
2. Cilantro and pepper are essential
3. The concentration of the finished product can be adjusted with water and starch according to your preference
