Western Pumpkin Cream Soup

Material: Heavy Wipping cream 100ml + milk 100ml

Ingredients: 1 pumpkin + half apple + 1 onion + 1 small box of concentrated chicken broth + salt (can be put or not)

Pumpkin diced

Cut apples into pieces.

Cut the onion into pieces. (Vegan friends can use carrots instead)

Boiled chicken soup. (The supermarket has ready-made chicken soup that you don’t need to save time. If you are a vegetarian, you can use vegetable soup instead.)

Put olive oil or cooking oil in a hot pan, turn to medium heat and sauté the onions until fragrant.

Add the pumpkin and fry for 1-2 minutes

Add chicken broth

Add thick fresh milk + milk and cook until the pumpkin is cooked through. The water level is parallel to or less than that of pumpkin and onion.

Add the apples and cook together

After the ingredients are cooked, turn off the heat, and put them in a blender to mix all the ingredients.

After stirring, put it into the pot, if it is not thick enough, add pumpkin, add water to it if it is too salty, add salt to it. Order according to personal taste.
