Western food is usually corn soup, but I have eaten pumpkin soup outside and think it’s pretty good, plus the color is better and brighter. I think it’s great to try this by myself.”

Western Pumpkin Soup

1. Wash the materials and prepare

2. In a hot pan, add onion and saute with cold oil, then add pumpkin and sauté

3. Add two bowls of water and then add the flour. Stir the flour evenly over low heat and wait for the water to boil (adding flour is to increase the consistency and the flour also has a special fragrance)

4. Simmer the pumpkin over low heat... Remember to stir it from time to time. Don't paste the pot, add some salt and milk, then turn off the heat!

5. Just put it in the mixer and make a paste ☺️☺️

6. Add chopped ham to the finished product to synthesize the taste. I also sprinkle a little chopped parsley (no need)

7. A must-have for finished western food👏🏼👏🏼😍

Tips:

1 Flour can be replaced with other flour
2 The same can be done for corn soup
3 Don't put too much pumpkin and rely on flour to increase the consistency because the pumpkin powdered sugar is too high and too much, accidentally turned into a sweet soup😂😂😂
