Western-style Clam Stewed Loofah

1. Cut the ingredients and set aside

2. Stir-fry garlic and onion in hot oil in a pot

3. Pour the paprika and tomatoes and stir fry evenly

4. Pour in the clams and potato chunks and mix in the white wine

5. Pour into a saucepan and boil for 10 minutes

6. Pour in the salt and pepper hot sauce to season out
