Wheat Bread

Put pure water, corn oil, and sugar into the bread bucket; put the flour, and finally put the yeast powder. Put it in the bread machine and start the dough mixing program.

Mix the noodles for about 30 minutes. Reunite the dough and ferment it once.

Fermented to more than 2 times the size.

Take out the dough and knead it evenly, and divide it evenly into 2 doughs. Knead the dough into long strips.

Sprinkle a layer of crumbs on the baking sheet.

Put the long strips of dough in the pan.

Use scissors to cut the gap at 45 degrees.

Finished in turn, serve as a green wheat ear. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment for the second time.

Ferment to 2 times the size, sprinkle a layer of crumbs on top.

The oven is 200 degrees. Bake the middle and lower layers for 10 minutes.

Then lower the oven to 180 degrees, move the baking tray to the middle level, and bake for another 8 minutes.

Take out the baking tray and let cool before serving.
Tips:
1. If the dough is smaller, the baking time can be reduced.

3. Crisp is made by mixing softened butter and flour.
