Wheat Spiced Pumpkin Pie

Chop the pumpkin, put it on a plate, heat it in the microwave for about seven minutes, then it will be cooked and raked again

Tips:
Because the old pumpkin I bought is very sweet, there is no sugar in the production process. When you make it yourself, you can taste the sweetness of the pumpkin before deciding whether to add sugar or not.\nAdd sesame oil and salt. It is my own thought, but there is no scientific basis.
