Whipped Cream Scones

1. Ingredients: butter, flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, light cream, salt, black sesame

2. After mixing salt, baking powder and flour, pour the sugar into the flour

4. Pour the whipped cream and stir evenly with chopsticks

7. Mix the egg liquid and flour evenly to form a dough

8. Roll into a circle, the thickness is about 1.5 to 2 cm

9. Cut into eight equal pieces with a knife, brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and let stand for a few minutes. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees, up and down

10. After the preheating is completed, put the scones in the oven, heat up and down, 175 degrees, about 18 minutes, when the surface is light golden yellow, take it out and let cool

Tips:

I use whole egg liquid to brush the surface, if you want a darker color, you can use egg yolk liquid to brush. Dried fruits such as raisins, cranberries, and blackcurrants can also be added to the scones. The taste will be different, and the color will also show a different feeling. The amount of sugar I added is just right. If you like something sweeter, you can increase the amount of sugar appropriately.
